Are there any parts that I should look for now
I just un-winterized the red SVX today. Changed the oil, fresh gas, and a good washing. I have noticed in the past year that the weatherstripping has strarted to look kinda so-so around all the windows. I noticed it again today while washing it. Are there parts that I should try to get my hands on now before it is impossible to get them later on? Window motors, weatherstripping, glass, sunroof motor, etc. Any opinions?

there is one new carpet left in subaru's warehouses and the dealer cost is like 600 so that might be an investment but weatherstripping and motors should be fine. They can still produce them because subaru is not the one making them it is other companies.

no room for a parts car... I have the two svx's in our barn, my dad parks his two cars in the garage, the BMW 733i I am probably going to get will go under the car port, and my truck stays in the driveway. Also my sister just turned 16 and will probably be getting a car too.

Just got the "No" from my parents on the BMW. Seems like my mom is not keen on me acquiring any more vehicles before I graduate and still live at home.

There was a 5spd laguna blue that was sold over this forum that was getting close to being a parts car. I never was able to find out who bought it though. I used to see it every day literally, but haven't seen it since it sold/ got scrapped.
