We have reservations at the cart track for 1:30 PM Saturday. I've told them we'll have 8-15 people but that's flexible. Looking at the times, we'll probably want to eat after. The cart track has a great dining area if we wanted to order in pizza or we could go out after somewhere else.

I believe It's $5 for the license and $15 per session. The sessions seem long and after two I was pretty wiped. Was lots of fun driving around most of the young guys. HEH HEH

Sweet, I'll see you guys tomorrow. Just got my first paycheck since the beginning of december. Can't think of a better way to blow it than cart racing.

Great meet for a snowy day!

Good to see all of you. I am looking forward to your photos Earl. He faithfully went back to take another and still another as each late arrival, well, you know, arrived. I was one of them.

Race track was way fun! My first time. Everyone was so great about not complaining, at least to me, about my running them off the track and weaving back and forth so they couldn't get a clean line on the corners. I ran over one of Brian's daughters, I think.

I am glad there isn't a track near where I live, I'd be a pauper.

Hey Brian, the name of the LED manufacturer is APC (American Consumer Products, and that is pretty much the only phrase in English on the packaging).

Mike had new aftermarket 17" wheels and tires on his rig, looked right at home

http://www.4apc.net

I got to drive Brian's 5-speed and wow, that is some feeling of power. Amazing how subtle the automatic feels compared to the direct response of the clutch. Gets a fella to thinkin'...

Brian also brought his clear lens headlamp (beta version) to fondle. Nice work so far. It is going to look excellent.

Again, great meet, nice people, and way cool cars.

Jerry

Great summary of the meet Jerry! I can't add much more other than thank you to everyone for showing up in the bad weather! We had 11 SVXes, beating our previous NW record! Just imagine what we can do this summer!

I didn't bring the weather

Besides the fact that I got up at 3:30 that morning and the weather sucked AND I still had to drive home, it was fun.

Nothin' like driving around in the snow/sleet/rain and not knowing where you're going.

Anyway, it was nice meeting everyone. I hope to make it over there for the next meet. Maybe we could meet somewhere on THIS side of the mountains

See ya next time!

You guys don't have to wait for us! On this site I think there are 10-20 registered members in Eastern WA/Idaho area. You guys should get something going! There may even be a few of us from the west side that would trek on over there!

Absolutely!. I know that as long as weather permitted, we would make the trip to at least Spokane. Make a nice weekend drive.
