What he said.... which makes me "that guy" who doesn't have to worry about the legalities of blinding other drivers lol. That being said electronically these should illuminate fine with the load resistors, honestly I just want to know if I can sell these to someone else of if I should return some broken lights.

I don't think you get it, you are HURTING your night vision and headlamp coverage by installing LEDs in your OEM housings. There will be less light on the road where you need it and more of it illuminating the road directly in front of your bumper (useless) or shooting it up into the night sky (also useless).

But if all you care about is that your headlights have that "modern HID look," knock yourself out. \/ Future Darwin Award Winner here...
