1991 JDM RHD Subaru Alcyone L with 4 wheel Steering for sale. 47,000 kms (29,000 miles)
6000 firm
6500 with alcyone bbs 16 wheels and new Falken Ziex tires
Car has a clean Florida title and was imported under the 25 year rule. Ive called usaa and hagerty who said no issues insuring it
First let me say this. I am firm on my price
I will let this thing rot away into the earth to die before i take less , just out of pure principle.
I am selling the car for exactly what i have into it. NO TRADES. Car needs paint. Was quoted 1800 for a clean factory finish paint job. Will come with JDM Spoiler.
I am not a subaru enthusiast , this was an impulse buy, and i just dont want the thing.
Car has ZERO Rust
ZERO LEAKS
2 year old timing belt
Brand new thermostat
Brand new brakes /rotors

I'd love to paint that.. repair the seats and do it..ugh..

yep I paid 600 to ship this from texas since it came from port of Galveston. I used U ship. aside from paint and a couple areas on the seat its pretty mint. I just don't want to paint it because then its gonna add another 2000 on my asking price. I would rather sell it for cheaper and let someone save money for paint

thanks for the info guys - yeah it's looking like around $1500.. ugh some serious thinking..

Just a dumb question if you guys know.. I realize this car is older but everything should be the same mechanically as far as brake pads/engine - I know it doesn't have an EGR and the ECU should be different..

The rear diff - I'm guessing that takes the same weight fluid right? I'd probably want to change all fluids asap.. transmission should be the same just the rear diff right? Probably the biggest thing to worry about on this one?

Anyway brains working on this one..

I love the BBS wheels as well... are those tires/wheels the same size as the OEM ones? I think the hubs are different on the Japanese version as well.. (maybe not sure just curious)

I've actually changed out all the fluids and everything is mechanically the same aside from what you mentioned. I used Mobil one , and Subaru ATF.

Hubs are the same
Wheels mount right on the car with no issues.

I also bought new wiper blades .

Brakes and pads I bought here stateside and are already installed.

Basically it's driveable just turn the key and go

Only other thing I have noticed is the back seat has an extra seat belt and the car beeps a chime when you put it in revserse
