Oil starvation?

The SVX is my second real car 17 years old, i did a couple of auto cross with my previous car and liked them alot. Latley since its summer i aculy have time to do some, and maybe do a track day. Ive done some mods to my car to make it fell better, i converted it to a 5spd put some mettal master pads on it and rear camber bolt, but have been kind of scared away with oil starvation storries that have killed some engine and since i really dont want or have the buget to replace a engine, i really dont want to kill my engine. So my quetion is will the SVX have oil starvation problems on a track or auto cross, i never heard of a problem with the SVX, but then there arent to many people who auito cross, or race them. Thanks
