Windows, seat, and moon roof wont work?

Windows, seat, and moon roof wont work? The windows wont move at all, butsometimes kindo seem to want to move for about 1/10 of a second, another weird thing that i notced is that, the light on the drivers window switch is iluminated untill you press it then it dosent light up agian for a minute or so. Any ideas?
