Front Bumper Removal????

Just wondering, how I would go about removing the front bumper cover? I just want to straighten it out even, so the gaps under the blinker lights & light housing would be even. I am planning to try to attempt this when summer comes around. I also know the link to subaruparts.com showing the exploded view. It looks deceiving, so if anyone has instructions, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
