Oi!
An SVX! An SVX! My kingdom for an SVX! I had the immense pleasure (and misfortune) of driving 2 SVX's only to have them slip though my fingers - Now I'd sell my soul for one. I found one at a dealer in PA for 5k, 92 with about 112k miles - it's been there for a while, so please pray for me, lol. (College debt sucks). If I am lucky, it will still be there once I clear up what's left of my loans.

Can it be the four man's opinion? I'm with Eddycat & the Geezers on this.
Nice name for a band huh? But a 92 car, add a cooler. Sorry to hear your problem Leo. Don't let it fret you too much, probably something simple. As an aside, I recently put new tyres on mine, and put on cheapies. They are called Sava, made I think by Semperit. Funny thing is, they are quite good. The car wore Japanese Dunlops when I got it, they gripped well for bald tyres, but I only noticed the bearings howling when I took them off. Yep, they were that loud! The Savas are really quiet, and I partially think it is due to more flexible sidewalls.{Road noise not transmitted as directly through to the suspension} Downside is the car rolls a bit more on corners, but for comfort on rough or bumpy roads, it is worth the trade-off, the ride is a lot less choppy. Joe
