Wheels for the SVX

I just posted the start of a pdf document that has the details of wheels with a picture of it. It is located in the How-To Documents under Wheels. Take a look at it and if it is something that would help, I will continue it and add as many as I can. If it isn't something that will be of use, I will stop and not waste my time.

Please look at it and let me know what you think. Suggestions are welcome.

Re: Wheels for the SVX

not a bad idea
if you inclue the center bore of the rims or the hubcentric ring size required i'm sure that would help memebers too
I think this pdf will help with the constatn questions of what wheels fit the car and if anyone has a pic
Another one is

Brand of Wheel: Rota
Name of Wheel: G-Force
Price: 700-1000+ ship
Size: 17x(7.5, 8 , 8.5) or 18x (8.5, 9)
Center bore: 73.1mm
Hubcentric ring: 56.1x 73.1
Offset: 30+, 36+, 45+ , 48+
Who sells the wheel: Ebay, Rota Distributors

Re: Wheels for the SVX

If you want some great wheels that don't cost an arm and a leg, simply go to Discount tires and get some. They have a huge selection! Good lookers also... Forget the high priced "name brands"!

Re: Wheels for the SVX

They did come with some of the models of the JDM SVX. Not all of them came with them. They are not very easy to find and if you do, they are VERY EXPENSIVE!

Re: Wheels for the SVX

Nah, they look like 16"s to me. It's just that 16"s look small nowadays when every other car comes with stupid big 18"s or 19"s with a rubberband for a tire.

Re: Wheels for the SVX

Those JDM BBS wheels are relatively common over here (NZ) and sell on Trademe (our local auction site) for about NZ$2-300 (US$150-230) a set.

Mine are a 225 x 16" aftermarket Japanese wheel, but what and where to find, I do not know.
