Things you've found in your car from previous owners...

I had my 93 Impreza for nearly 2 years, rocking the stock radio solid, when I one day decided it didn't have to be this bad. I went and got a used Panasonic CD player to install.

During the removal of my stock radio, there was a red cloth caught behind the stereo.... I yanked it out and would you believe it was some dirty girls thong tangled up behind the wires?

So I was just curious, can anyone top that in regards to finding stuff from their previous owners?

well, ive never found anything from previous owners but a few years ago when the svx was my brothers we had been throwing around some throwing knives and lost one of them
just recently i was changing out my spark plugs and right underneath the ABS i found that throwing knife

but ive read many stories on the bmw forums of people finding drugs, cash, and weapons in there cars, esp. behind the rear seats

Well lets see-
My brother bought a 72 Malibu and also did the radio replace and in doing so found a quart sized bag of "white powdery stuff" which we gave to a friend for $50, later this freind was sporting all kinds of new stuff
2 of my old cars had used condomscrammed underneath the seats, therefore from now on any used cars now go to the local detail shop. Various other things -tools, money, food, and my current car 92 legacy had fireants from a visit to Georgia that decided it would be a good time to "come out" whilst on a return trip back to Tennessee

never have i found any weapons/guns, most commonly I find toys stuffed back there, have found underwear....

have found plenty of cash, a cd changer wrapped up and stuffed in the spare tire well once , lots of cameras, camcorders (one with rather "interesting adult content on it ), PDAs, phones, lighters, pens, meds, cds, dead bugs, a mouse, lots of seseme/sunflower seeds, books, mail, golf balls, tees, and once a whole un-touched whopper .

I found a high school yearbook in my 86' Prelude (surprised it fit). Also an unused (thank god) condom.

I found also, dirty socks, a dog collar and two airline tickets from 1989 in my 92 legacy, what the hell they were doing in there is an interesting mystery. They had somehow slipped under the carpet on the passenger side. Also, many fossilized french fries under the seat.

Well my brother and I have bought vehicles at the auto auction to flip (resell).

Astro minivan:
trash, CDs, books, little things

Dodge minivan:
porn....

Chevy Venture aka Roach Coach:
Very LARGE roaches

Some of the other vehicles we've acquired.

97 Limo bus: (was a repo)
Lyrics to a Garth Brooks song, a flyer for a charity event hosted by one of the ladies from Sex and the City, receipts for a lot of alcohol

My 94 SVX:
A lot of air freshener, Cds, and... the ashtray was not filled with cigarettes (That explained the air freshener)

96 SVX:
Small pack of tools, a Baltimore Police Dept. Physician sign, other random stuff.

Sicksubie should share his story...

That is seriously sick! A friend of a friend opted to drive us somewhere and while I was sitting in the backseat I had seen something large crawl across his dashboard. (It was late at night) When I asked he was like "Oh, it's just a roach."

Like, that's a normal thing?! Unbelievable!
Mind you , I pulled my legs up and became paranoid sitting in the back seat.

One unlit cigarette under the drivers seat of the SVX was all. The lot I bought it from did a good interior detailing job and probably kept all the cash.

a unsmoked black and mild was found in my car, in the door panel. Unfortunately i didnt find it... my mother did i was 17 at the time and had just bought my svx. That was really fun trying to persuade her that it wasnt mine. think it took over an hour of "I swear its not mine, i dont know where it came from" to persuade her it wasnt mine

4 dead babies and a mangled squirrel.

Seriously though, my Legend looked like someone threw up a chili dog under the front seats. I did find almost $10 in change though.

Not much inside the SVX, some change and little things.

But about 2 pounds of DogFood in the Fenderwell beside the Airbox.
Washing under the hood one day, and it all starts floating out.
So I keep flushing, and it keeps coming. Covered a good portion of the driveway when I was done.
