Can anyone identify this cable?

My friend and I just got done swapping his transmission, and we have a cable that we are unsure where it goes. It has a metal support bracket attached to it. Can anyone tell me where this goes? His car won't start, the fuel pump kicks on, and that's about it.

Is it on a SVX?
If so, what year?

It might be an extension cable for the rear O2 Sensor....

But you really need to give us a little more info....

The connector on the end resembles the plugs on an O2 sensor. I don't have the manual with me at present to check.

it is a 94 SVX. FWD model. We plugged up the rear o2 sensor no problem.
The cable goes 4wires on one end, and two of those wires run to the same pin on the other end. So its 3 on the other end.

94 is OBDI, so there should only be 2 sensors. OBDII's got the rear O2 sensor, from my understanding.

that an O2 sensor harness for the rear sensor. you must have used a legacy tranny, they have rear O2 sensors and this same harness runs along the tranny.

wires are yellow-red, white-black, blue-white, and blue
We used a legacy transmission. I only remember seeing 2 O2 sensors, but I only pulled off the manifolds, someone else pulled off the rest of the exhaust.
Whatever the case is, the car doesn't start. Maybe no juice in the battery.

Make sure the "Igniter" is pluged in good, it's pretty easy to bump it lose when doing a tranny install...

We went and looked it over again this saturday. The cable does not go to his car. The car still won't start. We checked the igniter, and it didn't come unplugged. When you turn the key, the fuel pump cuts on, and some other stuff does too, but it won't crank. We jumped the starter, and it cranked but wouldn't fire. I think his Ignition system relay popped. That may be why the starter won't crank by the key, and the coil packs may be hooked to that relay too. My question is, where is the freaking interior fuse box? The owners manual says under the instrument panel. What all do I have to pull off to get to it? Any pictures of where it is?
