Blah... the rims in my first post, they are actually available as 18x7.5 40mm and 5x114.3 but they weigh at an amazing 25lb per rim...

I really thought they would look nice on my Blue.... but oh well, continuing the search....

I understand the weight, but whats up with not having 18s?

svxfiles, so sometime next week it will arrive?

18's you have mor emetal and less rubber. It will effect your ride quality, it'll be rougher, though you'll get a stiffer feel, so it's a tradeoff.

20#s is the weight of the stock SVX wheel, so heavier wheels will add to the rotational weight, and THAT makes the car accelerete more slowly
and take more breaking energy!!
ie, longer to stop.

ps; As soon as they get here I'll call!

pps; I think 18's look GREAT!!!

Arrow Stock Wheels

This Picture was WAY TOO BIG. Please keep them smaller - 600 X 800 pixcels are just fine.

Keeping mine stock for now!

Too bad the offset was wrong. Had to take them off as they scraped in the rear under load. They're on my PT Cruiser now.

offset? tire size?

im planning on getting these rims. R-1 Hype. with a black lip.
specs.
18x7.5 +40mm

i was wondering what tire size i would need and if these would fit without any need for fender rolling or nething. i ride on stock springs and struts and am thinking about getting 225/35/18's sounds good?
