but if we were his age wouldnt we do the same thing to our cars?

Yea ya know im realizing that alot latley. Everyone here has a civic or integra and its all riced out although my friends 99 integra is done up pretty nicley. Its all intake and exhaust thats all they do here. I mentioned i have a flat six engine and they were all like huh what? I was like dont worry only us subaru and porsche owners would know what that is...stick to your inline 4 banger . My friend is convinced that my car sucks because its automatic and he said any car sucks with automatic cuz you have no control with the car. I said i can throw it into 1 or 2 and carve corners and with my AWD and LS rear diff ill have complete control. He was like wtf r u talkin about...LS rear diff? I was like nevermind man . We were riding in his dads RSX the other night...he was driving and he redlined it or so he thinks at 5 k RPM's....and i go " haha if I did that with my car you would smell burning oil" ( i have a small oil leak)....and he goes " thats prolly because your car isnt used to that kind of abuse"....i was like ok that made absolutley no sense..moving along . Thats how all the honda/acura boys talk here. It seems like most of them not all dont know crap and learned about cars from fast and the furious and NFS underground. I'm gettin real sick of this crap....a Kia with exhaust tried to get me to race the other day

Ah but Giugario also designed two other classics. The Daewoo Lanos and the VW Golf gen 1.

As for not advertising it and advertising turbos. I NEVER EVER, EVER saw an add for the Original Legacy Turbo even though it would've sold like hotcakes had they done it. Not many 4 door sedans out there at the time could touch it at the time aside from the Galant turbo. Never saw a bad review on the SVX. Sure there were bad aspects of reviews but nothing like a review of the Saturn Ion!

Hmm, my friends never even care about my car. They all beleive in their toyotas and hondas. Some of them will tell tht thier cars are more reliable than Subarus. They always show me their odometers (which are more high as 140k) and tell me to see how reliable their cars are. But they never come forawrd to race with me, when i ask them to have a race and see.

I can't stop laughin at them, since they dont know how our cars go far in miles. The first point is they dont know abt subarus at all. So i just leave them for their sake. Since anyone can know or get the feelin of subaru only if they drive atleast once in their life and i think its all waste to explain someone about our cars who is pretty dumb in those details.

I always pity for them.

-Pavan.

I know about the Lanos, but those cars you mentioned are sissy cars, but our SVX is the top of the line in Subaru between 92 and 97, this is why it was designed to last.... by the way i also own a VW Mk1... and i didn't know it was designed by Giugario until now!!! so i will love it more and more now...
