look he's turing left around that world!!! J/k 171mph is very impressive in an SVX way to go. Too bad the sensors can't ban this cause it's legal on the autobahn!!! Sweet looking ride man und welcome to our site. I took a little German in High School.

You are a little hard on us mods, Tom.

There have been other posts about top speed, notably from Sonny in Sweden, we mods [meaning ME in that case] did not ban or criticise or lock up or delete.

We too are car nuts, interested in "What'll she do, Mister".

The main focus for the mods would be not to accept posts about illegal street racing, for a number of reasons besides it being illegal.

I thought everybody understood that.

Joe

We can still make fun of your spelling, at least.

Anyway, I wouldn't trust a figure of 275kph for a couple reasons.

1. The speedo only read to 260. Beyond that, let's face it, is a guess.

2. Speedos aren't that accurate to begin with. They vary from car to car. If you figure his reads over by 10% (totally within reason), you get somewhere in the neighborhood of 155mph, which is about what you'd expect the top speed to be anyway. I wouldn't trust a speed figure unless it was confirmed by radar or GPS - and multiple times, at that.

I'd like to know why his signal is on, too. Hey, these couldn't just be symptoms of electrical problems, could they? Naaaahhhh...

nein nein mein lieber,
