Pulsating ABS

My question to all mainly because I haven't heard anyone else ask, and because it's worring me issss... When the brake is depressed and holding car at stop light does anyone have that thunk thunk thunk thunk.... pulsating through the brake pedal. I noticed my rear rotors have a good ridge and rear pads are about 30% which makes my pedal drop an inch and a half or so, also the pulsing does seem to stop after the pedal is released. Plan on new rear brakes soon anyway...anyone with similar comparison appreciated.

Are you sure it's not just a rough idle?
