Angry $750 of work being done on my svx

Just got a call from Bill's High performance (the shop where the work is being done). They need to replace both rear wheel bearings and a new front axel because my left drivers side boot was torn open and did enough damage to the axel that a rebuild kit would only be slightly cheaper then putting in a whole new set up. Remember i just bought this car so i have no idea how long the boot has been torn open. Apparently long enough that all the grease was dried out. Oh, well it has to be done.

Paul, sorry to hear of your expense, but, you'll be happy it's done and out of the way. I think we need to adopt your last line as the "Network Motto:" "Oh well, it has to be done."

Sorry to hear of your decreased financial stature. But then, I've just joined the new wheel bearing (baring, just to keep Eddycat amused) club, so I can sympathize, at least up to the first couple of hundred dollars worth.
