Parts quote from Dealer

So I called my nearest Subaru dealership to see what it would cost to get everything I might need.

Wheel bearings front with 3 seals 117 each, seals are 17 each, with one being 10 each
Wheel bearings rear with 2 seals 98 each, seals 17 each
Rear struts 169 each
2 coil packs and wires to go with 99 each

total ~ 1300 bucks

I'm changing the spark plugs this week, if it fixes the engine vibration, I can forget the coil packs.

As for rear struts, still need them.

Re: Parts quote from Dealer

as far as wheel bearings go, email: jackie.whetzler@annapolissubaru.com.

she was really nice, and shipped me both (rear) wheel bearings for under $200.
came with everything and she was super nice to deal with.

Bearing - 28016PA010 - $74.69
Oil Seal - 28015AA070 - $6.79
Oil Seal - 28015AA080 - $8.23
Axle Nut - 28044AA001 - $3.59

Total: $93.30/per rear wheel

ask her about front bearings, i'm sure she could hook you up. :]

Re: Parts quote from Dealer

sure thing dude. i can't help you with the other stuff, but i would DEFINITELY get someone on here to give you someone's information, other than your dealership, to buy it from. i did a lot of research and the price i gave you is the cheapest you will get. are you talking about ignition coils?

Yeah, the car never ran right ever since I bought it, the motor shakes a little when idling, and the engine really vibrates hard when getting up to 60-70 mph around 3400 rpm. My gas mileage sucks too, i only get around 210 miles out of a tank. A friend looked at it and told me to change out the #5 and 6 cylinder plugs, but I'll change them all anyway. I was thinking about changing the coils, but they're like 100 bucks each, so not exactly cheap.

I'd start by doing all the plugs first. Then, I'd buy used coils from members here, not brand new ones because they're 80/coil.

Yeah, when I get a chance to take my car inside I'm changing the plugs, it's too cold out to change em outside

Does your car have a stock transmission? If so, at cruise you should top 70 MPH @<2500 RPM.

Re: Parts quote from Dealer

These bearings are a direct fit and equal quality. There are other places that sell them even cheaper, but I am not finding right now. But, if you buy--still use Subaru seals.

yeah its stock, im talking about accelerating. Now the more worrying thing is that my brakes don't seem to be working too great, and are making alot of noise when braking, maybe the rotors are out of whack?
