I have about 4 of them sitting in a box in the garage but can't tell you off the top of my head what it is...

It is an early nineties Flux Capacitor.

Not cruise control module. The cruise control module has 2 plug receptacles on the end. It might help to identify if you would show any writing on it more clearly.

Your car will not have that red power wire running through the mess, its for my stereo.

Your car will not have that red wire out of your TCU, unless you have a power mode switch.
