Smile Missed my car!

I was out of the country for two weeks, and it dawned on me that I missed driving my SVX! I've always liked my cars and gotten great value for the dollar on each one, but I don't recall ever missing one of them. Since I was away, I dropped the car at the mechanic I bought it from and had all the seals, plus plugs and PCV replaced. Anyway, it's nice to be back behind the wheel.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Bill, I know exactly what you mean. Even if my tranny hadn't died, I'd still be driving the Justy to work every day. But I miss taking the SVX once in awhile and driving it on the weekends.

Soon... <sigh>

Ah, yes. I know the feeling well. I've never had a car that has affected me the way this one, I mean, these, have.

When I went to the DMV to register my latest acuisition, the clerk asked me, "is this a toy?" I replied, "No, it's an obsession." She laughed.

I miss my SVX too.

I have just got back from a quick trip home to NZ, where I got to drive my SVX for a week. Last time I drove it was in January and it started first time after 7 months in storage!

Now I have to wait another 12 months before I can drive it again.
