The SVX gods are NOT with me.

I was driving home to Lancaster today (for reading)

To make a short story even shorter.... I took a nice rock in the windshield. 2 chips.

When i left Pittsburgh, my bearings were nice and quiet. By about half way home, they were so loud i had to raise my voice to talk over them. Both of them. I had them replaced last thursday, so I wouldnt have to worry about them for reading... and now, since the shop that did it obviously did it wrong, i wont be able to drive at reading.

Reporting Live, from pissed-offville...

I know how you feel. After not having my SVX for two months(do not ask) I finally picked it up today. All I can say is.........

1. My rims are on wrong(the front two)
2. The body work(lower door panel and trim piece behind the front passenger side tire) could have been done better by my 4 year old nephew.
3. They mared my faux wood on the center console
4. Etc., etc., etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the whole point in choosing to have tha Mercedes body shop work on my car was to have them do it right the first time. They deal with $90,000 cars that need repairs. They should know what they are doing. How hard can it be to install the body panels mentioned above? They should not be loose!!! Why is it so hard to get the rims on correctly? All you have to do is use your eyes. How hard would it have been for them to cover the inside when removing my front windshield?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! !

I am so beyond caring anymore. Every time something can go wrong...............It goes wrong. If I show up for the meet I show up for the meet. If I don't make it........ I don't make it. I figure there is no point in going if I'm going to be in a pissy mood <-----The only mood I seem to be in anymore I'm so tired of stupid *@#$%^& people anymore!!!!!!!!!

Turns rant mode off for the moment

Thanks Zep, I appreciate the offer. Just to warn you, beware the turnpike. When i came thru today, the going was slow in the somerset area. It clears up quickly though. They introduced some new 'single lane' traffic patterns in the last week, and its messing everything up.
