Hello,
I am a hopeful future SVX owner and will be joining you guys on Friday night. I have been interested in the car for some years now, but think I am really close to breaking down and getting one here before winter (perhaps in the next few weeks). MINI MEET WOOOT WOOOT
I'll be leaving work at 1900 and Map Point says that it will take approximently 23 minutes to reach my destination. Willow and I should arrive no later than 15 minutes late if ya'll would hold a couple of seats for us.

It was fun, saw a couple of regulars and met a couple of new people. The fish n chips were yummy, but I was kinda hoping for more elaborate car-themed decorations. Weather wasn't so hot. Now there are two potential club members we gotta talk into buying SVXs - one currently owns a Miata (and hung out with me while I was waiting for everyone else) and the other owns crazy hot-rod type frankencars (and has a garage with a lift that we wanna borrow).
 I sure am sick of hopping

I thoiught this was a great way to just spend a few hours on a friday night. I enjoyed hanging out more than the venue. The burger I got was worth it for sure. Delicious.
We should do this type of thing again soon. Anyone interested in another friday night mini meet at XXX Rootbeer Issaqua? Say,... firday November 12th ~ 730ish?

Good to see this kind of thing going on. These online forums are great, but there is nothing like getting together face to face, meeting new people and their cars, etc. Great way to meet in between the few "big ones" we have.
