Snapped Timing Belt Mounts

Has anyone ever had this problem?
Go to my locker and check out the two "damage" folders.

First of all, those aren't 'timing belt mounts.' They're just the timing belt covers.

Second, yes, they break very easily. Mine were all cracked up from the dealer changing the belt the first time.

But, if I could catch a dealer doing it, I'd try to get the covers replaced. Granted, they're easy to break. But that's no excuse for a dealer. They should know better.
