Sweade Cleaner?

Does anyone know how to clean the sweade? I was told not to rub on it or it will ruin it. All I was told was to dab on it to get it clean, but they didn't tell me what to clean it with. Any suggestions on what to use to clean it? Thanks ~Dennis

I use Woolite (as per recomendation on the site of the company that originally produced the Escaine). Just dab on and blot off.

Yeah, don't rub. It'll pill up the fabric and it'll never look the same again.

Try brushing it with a soft wire brush.
