Who's hiding all the sleeve regulators

Is there anyone out there who can verify that the infamous 'sleeve regulators' are the same for front and rear windows?
And does anyone have any information on what causes the front window to drop loudly when the window first opens.
Even if you only have a hunch I'd be glad to hear it.
Brainstorming isn't much fun on your own.

Cheers

Delay in power..bad fuse, alternator, wiring, even the board itself controlling the module

Lots of grease

Re: Who's hiding all the sleeve regulators

Cheers Tmaz, I'm beginning to learn a little.

This SVX is unlike any vehicle Ive worked on before. It looks like you need a degree to take out the center console.

I'm starting to pull out the back seat and get into the passenger rear window because that one doesn't work at all. The first thing I found is a motor on the outside of the window frame. That threw me for a loop until I realized it was for for the seat belts. I'm gonna need a big box, a sharpie and plenty of sandwich bags for all these parts. I think I will start taking lots of photographs to help me put it back together. I'll post them if anyone is interested.

Thanks again for your input.
