Front bumper removal

This is crazy, but I can't seem to remove my front bumper from my 1992. I've removed 4 obvious bolt front the engine compartment and two attachments on the plastic cover to fender, but still no movement. Am I missing more bolts? The front is accidented, so maybe the distorted metal is holding it in place? Thanks for the help.
