D or 3 and Tranny Failure

I don't recall this being done before and I thought it would be interesting. This thread touched on it, but I wanted to get a better layout of actual results.

Please only participate if you've put significant miles on one transmission. For instance, don't participate if you've just bought your car.

Because there are lots of variables that can effect the accuracy of this poll, some other useful information to include might be:

1. How many miles your tranny lasted.
2. How much highway vs. city driving you do.
3. Anything else you think is useful.

I'm not interested in how aggressively or conservatively you drive or how cold or warm your climate is. I'm just trying to determine if there's a significant relationship between transmission life and D or 3. I know these results won't be completely accurate, but hopefull we'll get some sort of idea.

Thanks very much!!!
