My SVX thoughts

I have around 700 miles on my (new to me ) SVX . So far, I am impressed with the way it handles - not race track, but some familiar curves on the way to work. Compared to my `01 RS25, feel more stable . This maybe because it has a lower center of gravity, or the added weight. It loves speed- have not had it up to hyper illegal speeds, but as fast as I dare go, it is more than willing ( though the 4.44 gearing makes me leery of engine revs ) .
Braking , so far, is better than I expected , though the complaints about the brake may have more to do with fade, which I have not encountered.
Anyway, enjoying my SVX experience, though it will soon go into winter storage .

Re: My SVX thoughts

I always found that the faster I went, the better it felt. They do like fast cruising. The main limiting factor around here (not counting stinking badges)is the totally terrible condition of the roads. Even 70 mph can feel fast when you're skipping over potholes.
