Whining and very rough idle

I have a new issue....when the car gets warmed up.

I have a whining sound, kinda like a hose leak which is evident at idle through 2000rpm. I also get an extremely rough idle, to the point where the car has died while coasting.

I have no CEL. Only happens once car is warmed up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
