Exact Lug Pattern??

I am trying to get an exact lug pattern for the SVX
By searching, I have come up with the following reports:

5X112mm
5X114mm
5X114.3mm

By my own measurement with my crude measuring tape, it appears to be 5X4.5" is equals 5X114.3mm

Anyone have a more accurate measuring system, please let me know.
