Anthony, what are you having problems with?
Just don't have the space/facilities to do it?
It can honestly be done in the driveway with simple jack stands in a matter of 2 days. Just need to rent/borrow either a motorcycle jack or an actual dedicated transmission jack for when the trans needs to come out.

Before I did my first trans R&R, all I had done before that was brakes and fluid changes.

BTW, gas if I had to take the Durango out would be about $400 right now. If I get one of the SVX up and running (which they will be within a couple months) it would be about $275. And these are just with rough estimates at gas at $3/gallon.

That was in my head as well If I took an SVX, I'd put the good hood on the car, come out and just switch hoods and take the junk one back

I also have a couple people I could visit while I'm in that area.
