O/T brat runs, drives but doesn't brake?

Got everything together last night so I could run the engine for a longer period of time and actually move it. The clutch still needs adjusted but the problem now is the brake which works fine when the engine is off simply goes to the floor when the engine is on. There is absolutely no resistance. I do have the vacumn hose attached. Any ideas on what might be the culprit. It should be very similar to the SVX setup I would think minus the ABS of course.

Ben,
Make sure the vacuum hose has good vacuum to it, if it does, it might be a busted diaphragm in the brake booster.

Won't brake

Haven't checked for vacuum yet but wouldn't the brake booster function even when the engine is off (just w/o the added pressure)? Would it just bust from sitting for a couple of months?

Try bleeding them, they may have taken in air over the time it's been standing.
Harvey.
