I dig it. I've been running dual screens for years now, but just recently switched to rotated ones. I work as a sysadmin, so I'll have one screen with multiple browsers open for our ticketing system and email (maybe a forum or two) the other screen I'll have dedicated to multiple terminal instances and whatever application of the moment needs to be running.

I tried the dual desktop thing for awhile...It didn't suit my needs.
Gaming while trying to record, encode, and playback tv was too much.

Now I just use 2 computers.


Left computer = Gaming (main computer)
Right computer = Media Box (that screen also has the wii attached)
Those are 32" 720p HDTV I use as monitors.
And just out of frame to the right is the girlfriends desk with her own computer.

Nice use of the fresh step container! I have about 50 of them saved up. I find new uses for them all the time
