Well the adjustment certainly helped the throttle tip-in when warm but the cold start behavior has changed.

Back to the drawing board.

I found after replacing all my vac lines under the intake manifold a similar problem as the OP I have a stage 1 chip, I believe the latest revision and when I flipped the switch the jerky hesitation went away, mostly. I thought with the work I had done to the intake manifold(slight porting and polishing) I was just getting more air then fuel.
However recently I have found 3 codes stored, 21 (water temp) 32 (O2) and 37 (the other O2) I replaced the coolant temp sensor and most of the jerky hesitation is gone.
Have a pair of NTK O2's on the way.
