"Fried" manual trany for 2000 Impreza question

I found at a junkyard a burned manual 2000 AWD Impreza .

The engine looks like a candle and the starter has the wires melted but the tranny was not touched directly by the fire.

At that temperature probably every rubber and plastic inside should replaced. However they are willing to sell it at around $100.

Does anybody knows how difficult is to replce all that rubber?

There are many gaskets inside?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

I believe all the rubber seals in a manual are replaced with-out taking it apart, the front seal, the rear seal, and the front stub axle seals, should all be replaceable from the outside, unless I'm missing something

Don't forget to flush out the old grease a couple times, and replace with some good synthetic

And don't forget to get the rear diff to.
