STI 6 speed swap!!!

so i sold my 94 svx fwd today!!

and found a sti 6 speed with only 14k on it the rest of the sti gave a telephone pole a hug lol

so i'm gonna go by it. i'm gonna list all that i think i need off of it . . . if ineed anything else please let me know.
its going on a 92 svx lsi

#1 2007 STI tranny
#2 front diff and bell housing
#3 rear diff
#4 shifter assembley
#5 clutch master cylinder and hose's
#6 clutch and pressure plate
#7 pedal assembley
#8 Anything else????

DCCD scroll knob
Clutch slave cylinder
Flywheel
Flywheel bolts
Any misc hardware related to any of the parts listed

ok now change of plans i just bought a 03 wrx 5 speed with 50 k for $450. v.s sti 6 for $2500 saved a ton of $ this way.
so now do i need anything else since ist not a sti tranny

Basically you keep the stock rear diff and don't worry about axles.

Make sure you get all clutch/flywheel related items along with the starter

And with the WRX tranny, you'll have to get a different driveshaft.

ok do i take and get the driveshaft lengthened?, or get one off of a different car?

you *should* get the stock SVX driveshaft lengthened... You ca use a 95-99 legacy 5mt driveshaft, but its about a 1/2" too long and you will need to trim the dust cup and the center bearing isn't a "perfect" fir but it can be made to work.

thanks. i'll get lengthened. put the car on blocks today got exhaust off then it got dark. got a tranny jack its pretty kewl in the morning out comes the bad tranny!!! i can almost feel the shifts lol
