Looks like they kit they use on ATVs, but it probably won't last long on a car with the higher speeds. But----it is sure an eye catcher and conversation piece.

They're rated at a max speed of 40mph(68kph). If your in conditions that require that sort of apparatus to move, you shouldn't be going faster than that to begin with.
