my ecu???!!!

my svx was acting weird and lots of things electrical wouldnt work, cooling fans and stuff didnt work so i took it to P.i.A , a cool performance shop for subarus in washington, they said my wiring shorted, but then 2 days later they called back and said my ecu was bad, so now im getting a new one, they told me there was only 6 in the u.s.a. , and it was 1,000$, anyone have this problem?

What He said!

Someone here has an ECu for sale for probably $50.00 plus shipping.

It'll be interesting to see if that $1000 computer solves those problems... what did the labor on the wiring harnesses cost ya?

yeah but there's a big difference between $1000 and $50. It's not like ECU's wear out, something has to happen to them to break.

I hope that they guarantee that that $1000.00 fixes it!

We are not here to condemn, or gloat, but some of have to speak out when we think one of our family gets sc&*%#d!
