vibration after 70 mph after new axel install

ok so my axel went so i replaced it but now there is a weird vibration after 70 mph, it used to be completly smooth till about 145, (aparently my top speed), should i be worried about the vibartion, could i need a wheel alignment?

After you change your axle you should always get a wheel alignment done.
