Unhappy Speedometer and fuel gauge don't work

Okay, finally got it running and the speedometer and fuel gauge are not doing anything. They are both all the way at the bottom. Also the ABS light is on. If anyone has any idea about these problems please let me know. I have checked all of the fuses(under the hood and on the driver's side kick panel) and they all look good to me. So any and all help would be good.

Thanks

The manual I have shows that both the fuel gauge and the spreedometer are supplied via th same fuse, i.e. 10 amp. fuse No, 15, located in the kick panel. Check this again elctrically rather than visually.

If the fuse is OK you shoiuld suspect the plug/socket connectors common to both, i.e. B41 and B39. These are shown as fuse box connections for the loom running to the instrument panel.

Which fuse is #15? My Fuse box cover does not have #'s on it. My Chiltons and owners manual don't either.
