Well to be quite honest... I should be trapping cloe to, if not ove 100mph next time I hit the track.... If I was dropping 96mph on a 14.6/14.7 sec run I should be able to do a little better nowadays

tom that would be nice to trap over a 100 => i think the weight might be a factor,

the best i did on the stock turbo in the wrx was 102 and ran 13.1 the video is in my locker

if you can run low 14s and trap 100-101 thats pretty decent for the e.ts

what was your traps at 1/8th ? on the 14.6 run

I cannot remember exactly that was with my old 5mt over a year ago. This car is much more powerful and I should be able to pick up 4mph in my traps. I picked up 3mph in my traps when I uprgaded to the new stage2 chip and a pair of intake cams on an N/A motor... Well, we won't know any more until the track opens back up in the spring

Didn't Paul have a 13.2 in the Rex a few years back?

As for beating Powered's time, it would've been done at GRM $06 had somebody "lent" us a NOS system. Paul was quite sure we would've been in the mid 12s with a 50 shot. Had we had our non dot legals on I'm sure we would've been close to the 13s as that would've put our gearing at about a 4.40

What, did you buy it? Now we both know you couldn't handle 11s. You'd loose control even on a straight away. Besides, you'd need a cage under 12 wouldn't ya?

Talking Dont tell Dad either!

My current SVX was under the radar from my parents as I restored it. Pretty good feat considering I used my fathers company truck to pick it up from NYC and one of his mechanics to help me through it, as well as pulling parts of my crashed one. In the end, pretty much everyone I knew, KNEW, except my parents I was going to put it away for the winter at a friends unused Garage (without telling the parents at all, maybe next year), when my father pulled up to the same gas station as I when I was throwing drygas in it. Cat is outta the bag now!!!

OK, back to your previously scheduled thread (didnt mean to steal it)
