Window Tints

Do they charge extra to tint the windows on our cars due to the style of them?

you just need to find someone who hasnt seen an svx before. because if they have they know what a pain in the ass it is and yes, they will charge you more.

I got mine done for $140 bucks. Usually they charge a bit more because it involves more cutting and fitting, but it shouldnt be too bad. If they quote you more than $200 I would go to another shop... IMO

in my experience all they care about is the number of windows, and if they have to remove tint off the back window due to the defroster lines

When i got my tint done, he said he will never do an svx agin, I think its because of the steepness of the rear glass that makes it difficult to reach when they fine trim and dry. but 150 is about the price.

There are worse cars to tint than the SVX. When they were tinting my car I asked them about difficult cars to tint and they told me that there is a (Lexus I believe) that requires disassembly of the rear interior in order to tint.
