His username on legacygt.com is 02bluefirehawk and he went 13.187@104.48 in a 5MT '05 Legacy GT. His mods are: Up & Down pipes, UTEC, MTS FMIC, Short Shifter and exhaust.

Fastest 5EAT Legacy GT is firedawgs who went 14.12@96mph in his wagon! His mods are headers, up & down pipe, panel filter, custom ECU tune.

Not as impressive as I thought.....its a low 14 car stock, its gotta have at least 11s in it without severely affecting drivability. People probably don't wanna kill their warrantys at this point, or they're just to scared to push it.

its early yet and there isn't a whole lot of aftermarket support, but more stuff is starting to become available. people are starting to replace their turbos, so those times will be shrinking.
