what the hell is that thing - its no good as a truck, because it can't carry much, and its no good as a sporty vehicle, because its too damn heavy. it doesn't really do anything well, but it is a good platform for being a poser.

Weren't the officers who pursued him undercover?

How many undercover police officers pinned him down before they shot him in the back of his head several times?

Apparently, he may have had an expired visa which may have been a factor for his attempted escape. The undercover cops probably withdrew their firearms before challenging him, which also made him decide to bolt.

I would say this dude had really bad luck.
