Is this what you ordered?

http://store.yahoo.com/svx-motorspor...iiincoair.html

Did you get it for $160 or a better price?

ouch, I'm working on fabricating one. $160 is too steep for this college student.

correction you charged my dad 150. he didnt like the idea of my car sucking in engine crapolla. i dont see the problem paying 160 tough. im basicly paying you to do all the hard work, atleast this way i know it will fit.

wooooooohoooo. it came in today. im still puting it together and the fit and finish looks great. only thing it needs is a hose clamp for where the maf adaptor attaches to the rubber part and where the rubber part goes onto the tube. but i got one of thise lying around somewhare.

the aluminium tube is heavy stock so i dont think ill be able to break it.

one question why doesnt someone make an intake kit that goes from the tb all the way to the filter.

the twin throttle body is an issue, plus Im not sure Id want all metal
to the engine, it just absorbs more heat

that was an easy 15 min build. didnt have to remove the tire just jack up the svx and slip it in. hardest part was geting the rubber extension from the alluminium tube to line up with the maf.

if you do this make sure to tell dayle to put in hose clamps or buy a pair ahead of time. the unit sliped off my maf as i das driving to the store to buy one.
