...people said we couldnt do this without TO and we have shut them all up. Now on to the real test....this yrs superbowl will be a great one to watch thats for sure.

Oh, and one more thing. eagles fans are so lame. e-a-g-l-e-s was STOLEN from the J-E-T-S Jets. Can't even be original. And I'm far from a Jet fan. At least I can take solice in calling them 2 time Super Bowl losers, although I'll admit I'm crushed they aren't 4 time NFC Championship losers. I've had all kind of green adorned losers taunt me with "At least we were there 4 times in a row. What other team can say that? Huh?" That would be the Dallas Cowboys. 4 consecutive NFC Championship appearences, 1992-1995. But Dallas won 3 of 4 and the resulting 3 Super Bowls; giving Dallas the most appearences (8) and tied for the most victories (5). Long way to go fellas.

.....theres no point in talkin about your beloved cowboys. They suck now even with good head coach. The eagles have been one of the winningest teams in the NFL for a long time. Emmit, troy, irvin aren't walkin onto the field of texas stadium again so you can kiss those glory days good bye my friend. You can look forward to the days of VinnY testaverde ( opps he's going into retirement soon) ....scratch that....you can look forward to the days of drew henson and tony romo and keyshawn johnson. You got a long way to go......

Eagles are a good time and will continue to be so for a veryyyyyy long time. The core of this team is excellent and they will all be together for a while. The patriots are the same...they dont have alot of free agents in this coming off season....they will also be great for a long time. Its great to see the two best teams in the NFL battle it out for the ultimate goal.

Wow...I can't believe the things that can come from the mind of a man clinging to a dream long-extinguished.

Just because the Cowboys suck, doesn't make your crying about the Eagles any less pathetic. The Cowboys were able to buy themselves a few good years, but that's it. Their time is over. Now it's time for the real teams to shine...teams that have been there since the beginning. Philly was winning championships before the NFL existed...before the Cowboys were even a dream in some poor sap's head. You could put this energy to better use and find your team a QB that's worth a damn.

In the meantime, I highly recommend you stop digging such a deep hole for yourself with these words. Pittsburgh would have been a formidable opponent for Philly...but New England? Not so much. Very very mismatched teams...NE's week spots are dead center in the areas where philly outshines everyone else. They've survived against drop-and-pass shotgun quarterbacks, and with a patchy pass defense at that. If they want to survive against philly, they've got to change up BIGTIME. On top of that, it looks at this point like TO will be playing the big game...so they will REALLY have their hands full.

Yeah ANDY REID said that himself and all of us philly fans know TO wont sit out the big game. But why do all the other networks say he's a huge question mark and chris mortensen said he doesnt have a chance at being inhe game feb 6th. I mean its two weeks untill the superbowl....2 more weeks for him to heal....2 more weaks to get back in it. I think he will definitley be there on the field lining up with Mcnabb

Here I sit at my computer at work in 'wonerful downtown Conshohocken.' The streets here are paved with ice as Penndot does it's usual job. But as a NY Yankee fan, I know that 'hell is about to freeze over.' So be very, very careful in betting on the outcome of this years Super Bowl.

The Patriots should be about 6-7 point favorite. But it's a very weird year.

So congratulations to all the Eagle fans out there and good luck in the SUPER BOWL.
You should have many, many years of winning teams.

I know that the Yankees better win the World Series next year because after them all I have left to look forward to is the NY Giants (shudder

).

The Eagles won one championship before the Super Bowl era. They shared another. That makes 2 in how many years? Dallas wasn't formed until 1960 and have been to 8 winning 5. When Philly wins, and wins more then once, come calling. Does Dallas suck now? Yeah, probably. But I'll take thier history over Philly's. It all comes around. San Fran and Miami don't look so hot these days either.
