Game 1: Dallas 'LOST' - they played poorly against a very strong team, did nothing to get any kind of advantage, and blew every opportunity that was given to them.

Game 2: Dallas 'GOT BEAT' - they played really well, took advantage of just about every opportunity and used some great tricks to get ahead. They simply were outdone by the Eagles who were not even at 100%.

New England will lose to the Eagles if they show up. Pittsburgh has a shot, but in truth it all depends on the Eagles themselves, not who they play. So in other words, there's no team in the NFL that can stop the Eagles except for the Eagles.

You really think that the Panthers didnt earn their trip to the SuperBowl last year, and that the Eagles "beat themselves"

PUHLEASE... The Panthers straight bent the eagles over their knee gave em a good whoopin!!!

Anyway... rest assured, that the Philly curse is IN TACT.

And how about your boy Pinky... too busy looking at the defenders to catch a ball... sounds like the beginning of last year to me...

Theres a difference with this yrs team. We make big plays when we need too. You all can say whatever you want about how you think the Eagles are gonna choke ....only thing to see is that we will see what happens in January. I dont think Pittsburgh will beat NE in the playoffs if they both play eachother. One game in the regular season doesnt mean crap when your playing a team thats won a super bowl 2 out of the last 3 years. But it would be an awesome game to watch none the less....cant wait for the playoffs to begin!

Eagle NFC try #3: You kidding? Carolina pushed the Eagles around. Many people called it the worst loss of them all. Put the "the only people who can beat the Eagles are the Eagles" crap away. They are not a great team.
Blah blah blah. The funniest part is that even if the eagles had won the super bowl every year for the last three years, you'd still be saying "They are not a great team.". The league is no worse this year than any other. Three teams have 13 wins in 14 games, that's unheard of. How many teams are under .300? One. That's unheard of. If anything, it's a better NFL this year. Regardless, no matter how many super bowls philly wins, they will never be able to pound the fact that they are a top-notch team into you thickheaded crybabies.

Shut up already.

You seem to be forgetting that Philly decimated the Panthers in the regular season. Hell yes the Eagles were a much better team, who had the bad day that they seemed destined to have. I have said in the past, and will keep saying that Philly will steamroll their way to the NFC game, but what happens then is anybody's guess. I said that last year, and made alot of money off of the people who said "it'll be a cold day in hell when Philly beats Green Bay in the playoffs". I'll do it again this year.

I'm not suprised. Any team can loose to any other NFL team on any given day. The Dolphins aren't as bad as their record appears either. They've just had some bad luck this year.

My point was you will never be able to call the 2004 Eagles one of the greatest teams ever. They are not in the same league as the great Steelers teams of the 70's, the 49'ers of the 80's, or the Cowboys of the 90's. Plain fact. I like Donovan. But he isn't one of the 10 best ever. Dawkins is one of my favorites. T.O. might make some top 10's, but name another Eagle. Pinkston? Please. Brown or Sheppard? They are a GOOD team in an era where there really isn't any great ones. New England is a far better team talent wise then Philly. Go position by position. I'd take New England's roster over Philly's if I was startimg my own team. Saying they are good, and not great isn't being a hater Shadow, it's being fair and realistic.

The fact of the matter is that the Eagles are a far better team than they were last season. They are much better with Trotter and Kearse on defense. And brian westbrook is playing very well.... and i really dont think the Eagles are going to loose 4 straight times in the NFC title game. Andy Reid is a great coach and will figure out a way or come up with a plan to get out of the TO situation. In my opinion it sets up the most classic thing....eagles get to the super bowl and TO comes back in a role and helps us hoist the Lombardi trophy in Jacksonville .
