I've been around here for a couple years, and while I do strongly agree with Collins " s*** happens" post... i do think that rob did contribute to the boards, in his own special way... i guess what it really boils down to.. is that it is and always has been Chris's decision.. hes put WAY more into this board than MANY members realize... Its a tough decision that most people don't like.. from spending a lot of time on some other car forums recently, there a variety of ways to moderate a board... i think the balance that exists here is pretty good...

Of course I do.

Sally, Beth, Monica, Angel, Luci, the list goes on.

Charley has his angels, and I have mine.

yeah I bought that DVD a long time ago. Good movie. I've only seen a few Kubrick films. Wonder if the other ones are as good.

Ok I changed my mind. I'm sorry Chris for calling you a noob/tool. I know that people change and the time of joking around with you has come and gone. I won't joke with ya anymore. Can we still be friends?

What does this have to do with Kelli? I still don't get it.

Anyway, Rob had been warned both officially and informally more times than anyone here could count, and he really made little attempt to change. He didn't care. So for that reason and that reason only, I think it was right to ban him. However, I could see maybe a month or two ban to show him that the mods were serious, then see if he straightened up. Though I doubt he would have. Alan is equally as much of a pain in the behind, however, for the most part, he keeps it mature. That's the difference I think. You can argue all you want, regardless of how ridiculous your position is, but it's when you can't do it maturely that something needs to be done.

That's all I have to say about that.

And that, my friends, marks the 2nd time I have agreed with Shadow.

Got to ask permissions nowadays. We are moving into a new age where the new ultra-sensitive peoples can feel secure and protected in the community.

I believe in the old-school style of fighting back. You hit me, I hit back, you hit below the belt, I whip out a shotgun and blow your head off...etc. No I won't really shoot you, it's just a metaphor.

Say what you will...I can take it. The question is, can you?
