I picked up the magazine yesterday. I recognize the photo of the SVX - richeich took it right after he detailed his '93. I believe that car was then bought by 'Shotsky.'

Ok, assignment. Remove all the cars not from the 90's. Next, remove all the cars that SVX wouldn't even make a down payment on. How many are left on the list below the SVX.

A brand new SVX would cost more than a Mini Cooper S, but about the R34 GT-R thing... NO! Since they were never brought to the US, they retail from Motorex for between 90-110K.

The entire top half of the page was devoted to #88, the Torino, so I figured that could just be cut off

Overall, I was pretty happy with the list, as most of my favorite cars were on it (except for the Honda CRX ), including #87, the Oldsmobile Toronado.

Count'em. There are only FIVE Japanese cars cars on the list. The SVX is second behind the Nissan Skyline GT, & ahead of the Toyota 2000 GT (one of my all time favorites). No Mazda RX7...no Datsun 240Z...no Isuzu Impulse...AND....no Mitsu/Colt RT turbo!!

But keep in mind it's a British mag, from my impression (although I have never even been there), Japs aren't very popular in Britain. Maybe someone from across the pond can confirm. Just about all my favorite cars made the list, and there are only a few I'm mad made the list, but how did the Ford Ka beat the SVX
