Ron & Don,

How quickly we forget DeSoto, Nash, Kaiser, American Motors, etc.

Yeah, Larry, I forgot about 'dem many Muntz ago.

Anyone remember that Sears (yes, Roebuck) put their badge on a vehicle in the '50s. What was the car & what was it called?

Ron (Some old cars give me the Willys).

Not judging each other, but maybe a car company

Honestly though, the reliability of toyota overall is amazing.

Too bad they can't build a pretty car.

Correct, Bobb. It was called the Allstate. I guess the insurance bidness proved more lucrative than a Henry J with a "custom " grill.
However, I liked the '54 Kaiser Dragon. Supercharged 140HP six. Wow!

'Til Reading. Ron.

Well the mid 90's Supra, IMHO was a pretty car... Other than that there wasn't really a pretty Toyota ...

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.
