A littel search help please.

The time has arrived for a repaint. The hood was scratched up buy a cat or some critter when I bought the car. Since then the hood and roof paint have begun to deteriorate. I'm going to get it painted in the next month or so.

To that end, I remember seeing a picture of one that was black on top and red on the body. It really looks good but I can't locate the picture. I want to show it to the body shop so that they can emulate it.

Anyone recall where that picture is?

Ooooo...that's close but the red is a brighter red. It was not part of any add. It was a stand alone picture and showed the whole car. That was a heck of a try though.

Yes I definatly am. I saw that pic some time ago and it really left an impression on me. If I have to invest in a paint job and since i think the car has 2 - 3 years left I might as well have some fun with it. I really like that 'Pumpkin' color to. It will either be that red w/black top or Pumpkin w/black top. i'm leaning toward Red.

Maybe I should run a poll. That might be interesting.

That is a great look - the black over red. It changes the looks to a lower car I think.
